In observance of the upcoming holidays, BizTech's offices will be closed from Friday, December 23, 2016 through Sunday, January 1, 2017. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, January 2, 2017.
While everyone at BizTech is looking forward to this Holiday Break for a chance to relax and spend more time with our families, we understand that many of our customers rely on BizTech Consultants and Technicians to be available for urgent issues at any time.
If you or someone from your company is in need of emergency technical support while BizTech is closed, please do one of the following:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and leave a message with details of the issue and your contact information.
2. Call 800-804-4715 and use option 1 to reach our automated BizTech Help Center, where you will be able to leave a voicemail message with details of the issue and your contact information.
We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Your request for support will first go to a manager for review. We will acknowledge your request, and notify you when a consultant or technician has been assigned to provide support. While most issues can be resolved remotely, we are prepared to travel to your location, if absolutely necessary.
