Association of Support Professionals Names Infor Xtreme One of the Ten Best Web Support Sites for 2012
Infor, a leading provider of business application software serving more than 70,000 customers, recently announced that Infor Xtreme Support has been named one of the "ten best support sites" by the Association of Support Professionals (ASP).
Redesigned and relaunched in January as part of Infor's new Xtreme Support program, the support portal is customizable and user-friendly to help Infor customers resolve technical issues more quickly to minimize business process disruption. In March, Infor also announced that the Xtreme Support program won the 2012 MarketTools ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Award for support.
